FM-Web Information Services

MiX Telematics' FM-Web Information Services offers the services and support necessary to conveniently access your fleet information without needing to own or manage the IT infrastructure required to retrieve, process, store and present this information.

Our Service operates a 24 x 7 response centre with dedicated customer support staff to help you interpret your fleet data in ways that will drive down costs and minimise risk in your fleet.


We offer our services in various options we call Solution Packages. Each package is made up of a vehicle On-Board Computer unit type, a Contract Option, a set of Standard Services included in the Solution Package Fee and a set of Additional Services.


MiX Telematics' FM-Web Information Services take care of your fleet data, ensuring it is stored in a secure environment, downloaded regularly, managed on a daily basis in a centralised environment, and delivered to you in the way you want it over the Web or via e-Mail.


RECORD

• Accurate GPS position recording

• Second-by-second (Tacho) data recording for accident analysis
